With Attention to Detail – and to the City
When someone steps through the door of one of my holiday apartments, I don’t just want them to arrive – I want them to feel truly welcome. Every apartment I rent out has been designed with great care and genuine passion. No two are the same. Each one tells its own little story – through colors, fabrics, artwork. Through furniture with character. Through details you might only notice at second glance, but that make it clear: someone put thought into this. Someone didn’t just furnish a space, but created a living environment – for a short stay or a longer one.
The path to this was not always easy. Renovation was sometimes adventurous, sometimes exhausting, but always driven by the desire to create something special. Something that goes beyond mere functionality. I love transforming spaces – into places with soul. And I love giving people a temporary home.
That all of this happens in Wuppertal is no coincidence for me. This city is much better than its reputation – vibrant, unconventional, green, full of character and heart. Anyone who gives it a chance will discover a place rich in history, culture, and creativity. That’s exactly what I want to show my guests – whether they’re here for leisure or work, for a weekend or for several months.
I welcome everyone who comes – tourists taking their first ride on the suspension railway, company employees in need of a comfortable place to stay, people seeking a personal retreat.
For me, this is more than just renting out apartments: it’s an invitation.
